Today I got an e-mail from the management company at the Pelican Beach Resort Destin announcing a special 30% discount off the regular price if you book 4 or more nights between April 9th and April 16th. They are calling this the Pelican Escape Spring Break Offer. This special offer is only valid for year 2010. I can however offer a pretty good discount if this discount has expired so call me at 731-589-7841 for current discounted rate.
I believe the Resorts of Pelican Beach is offering this special because many of the rental units are not booked for that late spring break time period. I just looked and noticed that my unit #1004 is not booked for those few days.
