I have been getting tons of VRBO inquiries about the availability of unit #1004(
Destin Pelican Beach Resort)for Spring Break. Most of the requests have come in for beachfront rentals during Easter week. Up until yesterday this unit was booked but someone dropped one day so we rearranged our calendar to free up this unit for rental beginning April 4th or 5th(check-in) and staying a minimum of 5 nights.
Currently our property manager(Pelican Beach Resort management company) is offering a 20% discount for 5-6 night stays(if booked by March 22) for this particular week. I can sweeten the pot with an additional 5% discount if you allow me to help you book my rental unit on the beach in Destin.
