Earlier I wrote a post about the unit #1005 beside my unit #1004. I discussed the rates(if booked by March 15) for bookings from March 20 - May 27th. This should cover the spring break period.
If that unit gets booked(just might since I am advertising it) I do have an alternative suggestion. My friend Maris from Utah owns unit #314 which is a 2 bedroom 2 bath Pelican Beach Resort condo.
If you are interested in looking into renting this condo for spring break just click this link to see pictures and check availability. Both units 1005 and 314 sleep six people with the difference being the one bedroom has hallway bunks and a sleeper couch and the other has 2 bedrooms(guest bedroom has 2 twin beds) and a sleeper couch.
I have figured the discounted rates for you for this 2 bedroom unit(must be booked by march 15). For 3 nights the total including tax is $624.43. For 4 nights the total would be $814.07. For 5 nights the total would be $947.94. For 6 nights the total would be $1126.43. For 7 nights the total would be $1204.68.
To book either #1005 or #314 (before March 15) call the Pelican Beach Resort Destin management company(front desk at Pelican Beach Resort)at 888-735-4226 and give them your information, dates and condo you want to book and also give them booking code A1080.
