On behalf of all my family we would like to wish all our friends, past clients and future clients a very Merry Christmas and happy and prosperous New Year.
Rentals in our unit 1004 have set a record pace in 2013 as I am sure the rest of the Destin Pelican Beach Resort has as well.
Bookings for 2014 are coming in at a record pace for our unit #1004. Please get your reservation early if you are considering a Destin vacation on the beach. We only ask for a credit card number but do not charge the card until arrival or the front desk reservations dept can charge you $200 if you cancel without a 14 days notice.

We have vacationed at Pelican Beach for the last 8 years. Your condo is BY FAR our absolute favorite and the nicest one we have been in! We spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful condo and it was perfect. All appliances are upgraded and the decor is beautiful. Although we didn't use the bunk beds, if you do have young children, the flat screen TV's in the bunks are such an added feature. Everything was in perfect working order and the condo was very clean! The balcony views were just great. It was nice to be ocean front. Your condo will always be our future choice at Pelican Beach!!

Pelican Beach Resort Destin Still #1 Vacation Destination
The Pelican Beach Resort Destin is still the #1 vacation destination for many people including my family. We have travelled far and wide and still there is no place like Destin. From the emerald green waters to the sugary white sand, there is no prettier beach in the world.

August Long Weekend Discount Pelican Beach Resort Destin
Are you looking to book a last minute long weekend getaway to Destin? If so, here is a big discount on 3 days and nights in August 2013(only) at the Pelican Beach Resort Destin.
Check-in would be on Saturday the 24th and check-out on Tuesday the 27th. If you call the front desk you will be quoted a total price of $784.77. Because those dates are open and I want a vacationer in my unit #1004, I will discount the price by 30% for a total of $580.97. That includes taxes and all fees including cleaning fee.

Pelican Beach Resort Destin Vacation Renter Review
Here is an email I just received that is an excellent Pelican Beach Resort Destin vacation renter review.
I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that my family and I really enjoy the condo. The condo looks great, to include the view and location. Also, the staff has been helpful and friendly as well. We are considering booking early for next year in July once again.
This renter went on to ask for the rate he would pay next year and I explained that the rates go up every year but I would be willing to lock him in at the same rate he just paid. The condo reservation is held with a credit card and not charged until arrival or is charged $200 if a 14 days advance notice of cancellation is not given. Not much risk there!
I have had several calls in the last two days trying to book in July(this month) but the resort is pretty booked up. Call me anyway at 731-589-7841 to see if your dates are available.
