After that they scroll down to the most beautiful resort on the beach(Pelican Beach Resort). Then they look through all the VRBO Pelican Beach Resort listings spending several hours looking at up to 16 pictures on each listing. They come up with a short list and if their dates are available on the calendar they then contact the owner.
Time after time my new renters tell me I was always at the top of their short list. Many times it is because of the extensive upgrades but many times because their kids say I want my own bunk with tv/dvd. As far as I know this is the only Pelican Beach condo with that feature.
