After we purchased almost 2 years ago we have spent over $25,000 on new granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new vanities in both bathrooms, new hallway bunks complete with their own tv/dvd entertainment centers, new paint and lots of hours and hours doing much of this work.
I have my unit on Destin VRBO and get lots of e-mails and texts several times a week looking for a good deal. I will do a good deal but I probable will not be the cheapest but mine is one of the best. There are 3-4 Destin beachfront condos at Pelican Beach Resort that are consistently booked almost 98% of the time and #1004(mine) is one of them.
