The Pelican Beach Resort Destin should almost be fully booked for the second week in March. I keep getting calls wanting to book and everyone is telling me they cannot find availability at the Pelican Beach during mid March.The biggest reason for the shortage in availability is because most of the snowbirds do not leave until March 15.
My wife told me a few days ago to try to find us availability at the Pelican Beach Resort during spring break. The dates we need are from about March 11 - March 16(for 5-7 days). As you can see our unit is almost fully booked with only the 2 days open for when we want to go. If any of you Pelican owners have availability please let me know so I can share with all the callers and with my wife.

Snowbirds Just Re-booked #1 Destin Pelican Beach Condo Rental
A few days ago my snowbirds(third year in a row) just re-booked the #1 Destin Pelican Beach condo rental. I talked to them in early January and they were excited about the recent updates in the unit.

Here is a 30% off special offer for mid March 2013 at the Pelican Beach Resort Destin.I just looked at the calendar and March is almost fully booked. I do have three days open from March 21-23(3 nights). The regular rate for that with all taxes and fees would be $838.05.
Just for those three nights in the #1 beachfront condo at the Pelican Beach Resort we can knock off 30% for a total of $618.27. This includes all taxes, cleaning fee and other fees. The check in would be on Thursday the 21st of March and check out Sunday the 24th of March.

Pelican Beach Resort Destin Specials In March And April
If you are looking to book at the Pelican Beach Resort Destin then check out these March and April special deals in the #1 rented Pelican beachfront condo.
Looking at the calendar over on the left side I see today that I have March 21-23 open(3 nights). The regular rate for that time period is $220 per night plus fees. I will reduce that to $160 per night plus fees for a total of $638.25. This is only for those dates.
I also see April 6-10(5 nights) open as of today. The normal rate would be $184 per night plus fees but I will reduce that to $170 per night plus fees for a total of $1048.95. This is only for those dates.

Pelican Beach Resort Destin Discount For Early Booking Spring 2013
Book your spring break vacation 2013 now and receive a discount. Actually the management company at the Pelican Beach Resort Destin is offering discounts for early booking for dates between March 9 and April 7th. Here are their discounts and rates:
3 night early booking regular rate is $220 per night for one bedroom but discount rate is $176 per night(20% discount). The total is figured by adding $95 administration fee to that and then multiple that total by 1.11%(11% Florida sales tax).
If you book 4-6 nights the regular rate is also $220 per night but the discount goes up to 25% for a rate of $165 per night. Then figure the total like above.
The weekly rate is normally $1428 but with early booking discount of 15% that rate is only $1378.80. As above add in the $95 and Florida tax.
If your dates are open on my calendar(on left side) then I will beat the Pelican management company by 2% so hurry and grab your dates.
