In a couple of weeks I am headed down south to upgrade once again the nicest Pelican Beach Resort Destin beachfront condo.
We have completed extensive renovations and upgrades in the last few months but we are planning to remove the carpet in the master bedroom and replace it with ceramic tile. It will be a pretty big job but will complete the planned renovations.
