I would like to personally commend the Pelican Beach Resort Destin management company for the fine job they do for me managing the nicest condo at the Destin Pelican Beach Resort.I purchased my Destin beachfront condo at the Pelican Beach Resort just over 3 years ago and negotiated a management contract with the on premises management company.
They do a super job checking you in at the front desk, taking care of maintenance issues and anything else that comes up. If you are purchasing a condo either in the Pelican Building or the Terrace Building then I highly recommend the management team there on site.
