The nicest beachfront condo at the Pelican Beach Resort just had a cancellation the end of June for 7 nights(available week-end of June into July). Check-in Wednesday June 27th and check out Wednesday July 4th. The total with all taxes and fees is $1735.00. Last week this week was booked but they had to cancel(if you cancel 2 weeks out or more you lose no money at all).
I expect this week to also be taken rather quickly. I had a week in July that came up due to a cancellation but I re-booked it 3 days later so if you are looking for a week on the beach this summer in Destin then call and book #1004 at 731-589-7841.
Update: 06/11/12 Three of those nights have been taken(28th,29th and 30th). I will cut a good deal on the dates July 1,2 and 3rd. The normal rate would be $1057.83 but I will discount them down to $1000.00(total everything).
