I received this e-mail the other day from Dennis who stayed for a whole week in unit #1004 Pelican Beach Resort Destin.
Mike, we had a wonderful time at the beach and I think it is the best place in the area.
We really loved your condo and had a great time, I am ready to go back ,, when i get the money.
Most of the area was surrounded by college kids but our area was nice and peaceful.We stayed on the beach from 10 am till 3 pm everyday then got ready for dinner.
We checked out the places you told me about and a few other places as well.

Dennis mentioned the surroundings areas having lots of college kids. At the Pelican Beach Resort in Destin you have to be 25 yrs old to book unless the booking is for a married couple(under 25).
