Book for 5 nights and get the 6th and 7th nights free. This is based on the 4-6 night regular rate.

Family Loves Our Destin Beachfront Condo
Yesterday I contacted the family vacationing in our Destin beachfront condo. She said the weather is beautiful,all the updates are great, the kitchen is beautiful as are the new bathroom vanities.
She also said that we have the best condo that they have stayed in at the Pelican Beach Resort in Destin. Thank-you Taryn for the great review. I bet those two kids love the hallway bunks with individual entertainment centers.

Four Days and Nights Over 25% Discount -Pelican Beach Resort
In my last post I advertised 5 days and nights at a nice discount but the calendar has changed and only Tuesday 18th check-in and Saturday 22nd check-out is available. That is a 4 night stay.
If you were booking with the Pelican Beach Management Company at the regular rate it would be a total of $701.52. However, they sometimes run a 20% discount so I am prepared to offer you over a 25% discount for October 18 - October 22. That total rate which includes all taxes and fees would be $450.00.
My family and I just returned home today from vacationing at the Destin Pelican Beach Resort and had a great time.

Five days and Nights Available At Discount Price-Pelican Beach Destin
I just looked at the calendar for my Destin Pelican Beach Resort beachfront condo and see that five days and nights are open mid month. Actually I just quoted a VRBO Florida inquiry and a vacation rental people Florida inquiry yesterday for those dates. The open dates are October 17-21.
The price I quoted was $699 total including fees and taxes. That is a discount of 20% off the regular price. If you see this add and call or text me to reserve these dates, I will knock off another 5% for a total of $665.
By the way, I am flying down this Friday for a few days of R&R. Don't forget the fishing rodeo is going on the entire month of October.

Family Just checked Out Of Pelican Beach Resort
My brother in law and his wife told us 2 weeks ago that they hadn't had a vacation in 7 years. We were all at Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville in the waiting room(father in law had open heart surgery).
My wife told them she could change that and she called the Pelican Beach Resort Destin and made them a reservation. They went on Monday and checked out today. They told us thank-you, thank-you, thank-you for allowing them to stay in our Destin beachfront condo. They loved the decor of the condo, the beautiful white sandy beaches, the emerald green water, the on-site staff and the amenities of the Destin Pelican Beach Resort.

September 11-15 Discount More Than 25% Pelican Beach Resort
Currently I have September 11-15 open in my Destin Pelican Beach Resort beachfront condo and I am offering more than a 25% discount for those 5 days.
Check-in would be on Sunday the 11th and check-out would be Friday the 16th. The current rate being charged is $849.15 but with my discount figured in it would only be $657 total. This includes cleaning fees and taxes.
