Here is an email I just received that is an excellent Pelican Beach Resort Destin vacation renter review.
I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that my family and I
really enjoy the condo. The condo looks great, to include the view and
location. Also, the staff has been helpful and friendly as well. We are
considering booking early for next year in July once again.
This renter went on to ask for the rate he would pay next year and I explained that the rates go up every year but I would be willing to lock him in at the same rate he just paid. The condo reservation is held with a credit card and not charged until arrival or is charged $200 if a 14 days advance notice of cancellation is not given. Not much risk there!
I have had several calls in the last two days trying to book in July(this month) but the resort is pretty booked up. Call me anyway at 731-589-7841 to see if your dates are available.
