Today I took my 3rd booking(2013) for my Pelican Beach Resort Destin condo #1004 . The first booking I took was back in March of this year when my snowbird was checking out. He told me he had to hurry and re-book before someone else got his spot.
Today I just booked a week in June 2013. This was a vacationer who stayed in my unit this past summer. He told me how much he and his wife enjoyed staying in my unit and they wanted to get their reservations set so no one else grabbed that week.
If you are considering booking my Destin Pelican Beach Resort condo for your 2013 vacation, I will go ahead(if you mention this ad) and discount your stay off the 2012 rate sheet(usually goes up every year). I appreciate all my renters and will continue to work very hard to make your Destin vacation stay enjoyable.
