Here are two pictures from Memorial Day weekend 2012. As you can see the beach and water at the Pelican Beach Resort Destin

is packed. I talked to the front desk at the Pelican Beach Resort and they told me this is a record crowd(within last 5 years). My family and I are here and we having having a great time. The water is beautiful and warm and the beach still has that white sugary sand. I have to go get ready so I can take the kids parasailing.
