I am always looking for ways to upgrade my condo #1004 at Destin's Pelican Beach Resort.
This Friday I am planning on flying down to Destin and putting in either porcelain or ceramic tile in the master bedroom. My next renter checks in on Sunday so I have to have it ready by then.
The entire condo will then be tile floors with the exception of some area rugs. Our condo is already rated deluxe plus but we want it rated the #1 condo at the Destin Pelican Beach Resort.
We still have a few available days in December then a snowbird checks in January 1 for 2 1/2 months. Our availability calendar is over on the left so pick some dates then call or text me(Mike) at 731-589-7841 and I will figure you a great discounted rate for your vacation stay.
