Figure Rates At Pelican Beach Resort

I am getting many inquiries of how I set my rates for my Destin Pelican Beach Resort condo.

First of all let me say that I have the front desk at the Pelican managing my property. What that means to you is if there is any problem you can call the front desk and they will take care of it immediately. This costs me more money but is better for my renters.

The management company charges me a per renter fee but allows me some flexibility on that fee if I find the renter.

Therefore I am able to pass on to you some extra savings from the regular Pelican Beach Resort rate.

What many people do not understand is the Pelican Management Company offers a early booking discount and that runs anywhere from 15-20% and I always try to undercut that rate to give you an even larger discount.
